What it costs, how long it takes, and what the reformulation delay means for your order.
Current lead time
Oats: 10–21 business days from order. We are reformulating for a longer-lasting jar and are filling orders in the sequence they were received. You get a tracking email the moment your box leaves the kitchen.
Merch: 2–4 business days, shipped separately at no extra cost.
Rates
- Flat $6 in the contiguous US.
- Free on orders over $75.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $18 flat — cold-chain to those zones takes two extra days.
How it travels
Insulated mailer with frozen gel packs, ground courier. Jars are chilled, not frozen; arriving cool to the touch is normal and correct. Refrigerate on arrival.
Where we ship
United States only for now. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet — the newsletter is the fastest way to hear when that changes.
Tracking your order
Every shipment gets a tracking link by email, and it's listed in your account. If your box has not moved for three business days, contact us and we will re-ship.
