Plain language, because food is different from apparel.
Oats
For food-safety reasons, jars cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, warm, leaking or within five days of its date, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the affected jars or refund them in full. No need to send anything back.
Merch
Unworn, unwashed and with tags, within 30 days. We email a prepaid label; the $6 label cost is deducted from the refund. Exchanges for a different size are free.
How to start
Contact us with your order number and a photo if the issue is with a jar. We reply within one business day and resolve most claims the same day.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship — which, given the current lead time, is usually a wide window. Email us with the order number.
